Sales Associate (Robinsons Lipa)

JOB SUMMARY:
We are in search of a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our expanding retail team. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, love helping people, and are motivated by delivering excellent service, this role could be a great fit. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be instrumental in creating a positive shopping experience, supporting day-to-day store functions, and contributing to overall sales success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit to ensure a great in-store experience
• Identify customer needs and recommend products that align with their preferences
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays
• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet individual and team sales targets
• Participate in store promotions and assist with content creation for digital marketing when applicable
• Provide post-purchase support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Share customer insights, feedback, or product suggestions with the team and management
• Help with restocking, inventory checks, and keeping the store environment neat and orderly
• Offer guidance to new team members and assist during onboarding or training sessions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or any customer service-related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for business purposes
• Previous experience in online or live selling is an added advantage
