Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our expanding retail team. In this role, you will interact with shoppers, present products confidently, and help ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and positive store experience. You’ll also support daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, assist with product choices, and provide clear, helpful product details
  • Operate the cash register, process payments, and ensure accurate and efficient transactions
  • Monitor stock levels, restock display areas, and follow proper audit, pricing, and discount procedures
  • Support the Store Manager with various store tasks and customer service needs
  • Work toward both individual and team sales goals using effective, customer-focused selling techniques
  • Use upselling and cross-selling methods to recommend products that best fit customer needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Participate in marketing or promotional activities such as social media posts, in-store events, and live/online selling
  • Share information on current deals, discounts, and upcoming promotions with customers
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience with live or online selling is a plus

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable using major social media platforms
  • Bonus: Experience hosting live selling or online product demos
