JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Generalist to help drive the success of our expanding retail operations. This role plays a vital part in delivering well-rounded human resources support across multiple store locations. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee engagement, you’ll help foster a positive, people-centric work culture while acting as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both in-store and office-based roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Lead onboarding activities to ensure new hires are effectively introduced to company values, procedures, and expectations
  • Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters
  • Assist managers in addressing employee relations issues and facilitating fair and timely resolutions
  • Monitor attendance, schedules, and timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and policy alignment
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to verify time records and resolve any inconsistencies
  • Maintain organized, compliant employee records, contracts, and related documentation
  • Support consistent implementation of HR practices and policies across all store locations
  • Track and report on key HR metrics, including employee turnover, attendance trends, and engagement indicators
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, compliance initiatives, and benefits communications
  • Work closely with store leaders to help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and policy-compliant work environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a retail or multi-site business setting
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to travel as needed to support various store locations

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Saturday, with flexibility required for store visits and operational needs.
