By submitting your application and/or personal data, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data as outlined in this notice.
Anthro Group collects personal data for employment evaluation and recruitment purposes, which may include:

Anthro Group uses personal data to (a) assess candidates’ suitability for a role; (b) verify information through a reference check; (c) respond to queries and communicate updates about applications; and (d) comply with applicable laws and regulations related to employment.
Data may also be added to our candidate database to consider you for other job opportunities within Anthro Group. If you do not wish your data to be retained for other positions, please contact our Privacy Officer at admin@anthro-group.com
Anthro Group may share personal data with affiliates, third-party service providers (e.g., recruitment and background check agencies), and regulatory bodies where required by law. Data transfers will comply with data protection requirements under the DPA, and personal data will be stored securely in our systems for the necessary period as allowed by law.
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice. Anthro Group may remove personal data from its database at any time in accordance with applicable law.

Anthro employs reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. While no system is completely secure, Anthro Group strives to protect your information to the best of its ability.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by logging into your account or emailing us directly at job@anthro-group.com with a request to edit your data.
