Business Loan Development Manager

Job Description:

• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics.
• Develop proposals and presentations for potential partners.
• Manage the partnership lifecycle from initiation to execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic alliances.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in partnership management or business development.
• College Degree
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of SME Secured and Unsecured Loans. Understanding of contract
  negotiations, project management and financial cost benefit analysis. Exposure to
  Technology applications in the lending business including data ownership and
  protection practices and regulations.
• Banking / Financial Services,
• Certifications in the areas of insurance, real estate is a plus but not required
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience with contract development and management. Analytical and strategic
  thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
